Who we need

The primary function of the IT Sales Manager is to generate revenue, by forecasting business and market needs, formulating and implementing sales strategy, lead generation, achieving sales targets/quota and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reports To: President & CEO US Operations

Required Experience/Education:

5-7 years of enterprise software sales experience.
Must have proven sales and supervisory experience in the Software and Web Development Domain.
Bachelors degree MBA preferred

Salary & Bonus:

40K-50 K Initial Base Salary per annum which would increase based on performance.
Lucrative bonus based on sales targets


Additional Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required along with excellent listening skills.
Should posses excellent time management skills
Must have a valid drivers license and access to an automobile for outside sales calls.
Must have an excellent command over the English language. Both written and oral.
Must be able to work with offshore sales team during late hours
Must be able to work flexible and extended hours (over 50 hours)
